Spring MAP testing will take place on April 10-11, 2024. All students will take the reading, math, language usage, and science tests. We will send home the results at a later time.

Carroll County Schools will host nationally renowned speaker Michael DeLeon on April 18. He will talk to younger children about safety among strangers and to the older students about the dangers of vaping. A parent academy will be held at 6 p.m. on April 18 to discuss youth vaping. Please join us!!

The Commonwealth Autism Care Color Outside the Lines 5K walk/run will be held next month.
Commonwealth Autism Care operates on Gillock Avenue, providing in-clinic therapy and performing autism diagnostic evaluations. The 5K walk/run will help purchase materials for children who receive their services.
There is no sign-up deadline for the 5K walk/run. However, anyone who registers between now and April 13 will receive their T-shirt on race day.

If your student has previously received their services earlier this year there is no need to fill out another permission form.
If you need a form, we have them in the CCMS office for parents and students to pick up or your student can see Ms. Jones or the nurse for a form as well.

Last night, the CCMS Girls’ and Boys’ Track teams competed at the Walton-Verona Bearcat Meet.
Coach Joseph Creager said there were six teams from Northern Kentucky participating on a very windy and chilly night. “This was our second meet of the season and we are continuing to make improvements,” he said.
