A special Senior Signing and Decision Day has been scheduled on May 16 for the members of the Class of 2025.
“Senior Signing and Decision Day is an opportunity for you to formally announce your plans after graduation, whether you are heading to college, entering the workforce, joining the military, or embarking on any other exciting path,” said College and Career Readiness Coach Crystal Raisor. “It’s a moment to share your commitment with friends, family, and the school community, and to inspire the underclassmen who look up to you.”
It’s important to note that every senior must register to attend the event as specific information will be needed to make the announcement. Please use this link to register. The deadline to register is April 4.
Seniors will report to the cafeteria at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 16. The event begins at 8:30 a.m. in the CCHS gym. The public is invited to attend.


Finishing touches are being put on the deck outside the technology office. A group of project-based learning students have tackled that project this school year.

Panther fans, high school baseball and softball will take on Gallatin County tonight in double headers! Come support these student athletes!



Project-Based Learning students at CCHS recently built bridges out of popsicle sticks and had to test their strength. Each bridge had to hold 25 pounds. All entries met that goal. Some failed at 55 pounds while others did not break even after one or more people stood on the popsicle stick creations. (More photos on the District Facebook page.)

The CCHS tennis teams defeated Williamstown in their match this week. The girls' team won the match 1-1 while the boys' team won with a score of 2-1.

Carroll County Fiscal Court recognized our school counselors and social workers today when they read two declarations. March was recognized as Social Worker Appreciation Month while April was noted as Child Abuse Prevention Month. Members of the Cabinet for Families and Children were also recognized.

Juniors who are members of the Young Leaders Institute toured the Carroll County Memorial Hospital recently. They saw each of the hospital's departments in action and learned about the operations of a hospital.

Mrs. Sutton's class got to take a field trip of a guided tour at Butler Park Wednesday. They were educated on employment opportunities offered at the park.
